About Us
Our authentic Italian restaurant features flavorful and traditional recipes made by Master Chef Carlo. For several years, Chef Carlo worked in the prestigious Grand Hotel in Paris and was accredited there as an Executive Chef.
In the early 90's, he continued to explore new directions in the United States and brought the taste of Italy to the Triangle area. From 2005-2006 Chef Carlo furthered his training and was awarded an honorable 5-Star Certificate and other accomplished Chef degrees.
Casa San Carlo is a traditional Italian cuisine venue, serving the best dishes and drinks from authentic Italian recipes.
Located in Morehead City, NC, it's just a short drive form Atlantic Beach and Beaufort.
